Clubhouse - The 8000sf clubhouse, built using the finest new and reclaimed materials, features three pools, a fitness center with bath/locker rooms, outdoor bar, media room, full commercial kitchen, and large indoor and outdoor gathering spaces.

Boardwalk and Nature Trails - The elevated boardwalk meanders over 1/2 mile along the bay-front shoreline landscaped with native grasses, palmettos, oaks and pines. The boardwalk connects with approximately 2 miles of nature trails and sidewalks through interior parks and around 2 spring-fed lakes.

Marina - Extending from the clubhouse is a private, 36-slip deep water marina, featuring shore power and fresh water, a fish cleaning station, and kayak/paddle board launch. The bayous adjoining Churchill Oaks offer the best redfish, speckled trout, and flounder fishing in Choctawatchee Bay. Churchill Oaks provides convenient boating access to Baytowne in Sandestin, Crab Island, Destin Harbor, the Gulf of Mexico, East Bay, and Shell Island.

Spring Lakes - Churchill Oaks features two spring-fed lakes stocked with bass and Perch. Nature trails around the lakes offer shared access to everyone in the community.

Parks and Preservation Areas - There are numerous small parks and preservation areas throughout Churchill Oaks, preserving native vegetation and offering privacy between home sites.
